As for recall, there is no chance of me wanting my account back.
I have been considering selling my account for a long time now, and have just found this website through a friend and am glad to sell my account.

Well, its not one character, its the whole account. There will be no refunds since there is no telling what is done to/taken from the account between the time of trade and time of return request. As for the guarantee, if there is any sort of miscommunication and something I have said was available is not, and it is a huge deal, I will either find a way to get you what was said or will compensate you. However, I am confident that you will get everything that is posted here. As for the information, I am the original owner and can supply you with every piece of information including battle net log-in, password, e-mail, secret question/answer, etc. Everything will be supplied as long as you promise to change everything possible to your own information.
