Alright so I jumped the gun... This guy was 100% legit. I got too impatient and paranoid. Everything is OK now..

Contacted the LOCAL police department here in Ottawa, and will be doing so in Wellington, Florida... I also have enough information on this guy to sue him and since it will only cost me $150 to fly down there I will be doing that after I hear back from the Fraud departmment here and in his town so I can gather enough evidence to proceed...

I paid him VIA Wu and he picked up the money then went offline via AIM and reclaimed the account.
