as for noryaguh's comment. yes instanced cities are cheap now days. but lets all look at it this way. once you have farmed your instance city for billion's of credits, and you've bought all the nice stuff in game, what's next ? true city's are just a status thing now since instance city came out. why buy a ferrari when you can just buy a cheap ford , right ?

Sorry man but instanced cities are only a few hundred million in game and the only thing the dont have is the player shops. Which if someone is buying this they obviously have no need for because the odds are it is simply for farming bots and AXP. You will need to find someone who is intending on making an org before they wil pay that price now days. Sucks you got stuck with this when they changed things over.
