Rather urgent issue regarding a recent paypal sale

Hey guys I just sold my acount through paypal. I spoke to the person on the phone and she has a confirmed paypal. I created an invoice and she aproved sending me 300$ USD. Right after someone tells me that he know that she is a scammer and that it is stolen. We agreed that AFTER the money reaches my bank that I will tell her secret asnwer and last name (email already changed) but that she works on weekend to be able to farm/discard acount by monday selling gold. She still didn't charge back and the money is pending for my bank acount. She is less then cooperative.

Is there a way to secure my money? Is it illigal (I don't KNOW that it isn't her paypal its just a possibility.) Should I order something to avoid loosing my money to a chargeback or what? Thanks

Well if she chargebacks here now, the money will be locked --

by the time the investigation is over -- the money will already be outta your friends account and in your hands..

So options here are:

Risk transferring to you bank
Transfer to friends paypal, than transfer to their bank and cash in your hands

OK so if I trasfer to my friend's paypal and then get him to trasnfer to his bank and give me the cash even if the acount was shady I will get my money?

if you remove the money from the account and spend it, they will just push your paypal account into the negatvies and you will be out that money...

it sucks but its what happens..

i suggest if u are selling an account to send it to them in an envlope and have them sign for it.. and label it as *goods* on paypal so that way they cant dispute it u have proof it got sent, and it matches the description etc...
