Bought Rank 13 to 5 boost but ended up at Rank 14 after a week

Where should I even start...?

First I gave my account credentials to Gramno's official support via email as usual. Then Gramno's CS asked for my discord, which I gave. The booster asked me for credentials on discord, but I wasn't even sure if he was the booster since Gramno never gave me his ID.

Then he told me that I needed to play myself or buy more cards, despite having over 100 legendaries on this account. Like why would I even buy boosting if I need to play myself? This is not a Legend boost mind you, you can totally get to rank 5 with 50% winrate. I have climbed to Legend many times by myself so I know. Then the booster told me that he didn't want to spend more than a few hours playing because he was getting paid peanuts. Okay, so if you don't want to play, why even become a booster?

I then told Gramno that I wanted to cancel the order. But Gramno assured me that the boost will be completed. Turned out it wasn't, and not only did the noob booster even managed to drop from rank 13 to rank 14, he didn't even manage to finish 5 wins in 7 days.

Gramno has since been ignoring my emails so I've taken the liberty of chargeback. Never have I had such a bad experience.
