4) Has about 100 Gold
5) A lot of tome unlocks
6) On a High-Pop Server
7) Close to doing every quest in the game

The server he is on is Monolith and it's a Core server I think.

$40 is a steal and this server is very high pop with que times for scenarios popping up a lot and theres lots of ORVR every night!

I am legit. Yes i have tried selling it before but at the time i was unsure about a few things.
