As the title stated, this account is a very high scoring account 11m+ on songs 900 notes and higher. There is a unfinished 17n team (which is the current meta) that you can finish building once this account is bought.
It has a respectable amount of skill exp that can instantly fully sl8 a card (maxing out) the skill. Since this is a end game account with infinite supply of LP restoring items, the asking price will be 30$ which can be negotiated.
