I could be wrong, but if you check what he sold, it was a ilvl 210 BiS account, not this ilvl 240. So maybe it was a different account, plus the other one only had like 500 days subscribed, while this one has 780 days. The feedback was put in during this year, in January, so I don't think it's the same account.
