Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: Well I first asked about this account 21/01/2014 at first he was like i want £50 worth of games on steam so i got his games then he said something about wanting to play anothergame but didnt have money so i said ill give you £50 via paypal and that max I'm going he accepted so I paid he sent me the info and I login but every so often he would change the password and things saying he thinks im going to scam him..... I was like ive already paid for the account you cant just go changing info when ever u want!! he was like ok i wont do it again... Time comes for me to change the email on the account here is what GMS said.. Your account has been locked for 1 year and the email canot be changed untill that year has passed this is due to you selling your account and recovering it!!!! thats what the GMS said his SQA and email changing ability has been locked for 1 year he gave me excuses that he was hacked loads of times and asked for it locking this is when alarm bells started ringing but i carried on regardless because i really wanted the account week passed still had access so then i started spending money on the account faction changed realm changes etc. The account has been fine untill this day today when he comes online after 3 months and starts asking me questions and saying he wants to buy the account back he wants to play wow again next think i know hes offline and account has been recovered.
