I contacted the seller through discord and sent him his payment through Google Play Cards, which was requested by the seller.
I have attached the evidence of my payment as well as our conversation.

Hey I would like to let you know that it wasn't me that scammed I will show you evidence. I posted an ad as he would give me a portion of the money. Then he blocked me. If you check all my other posts that says sold you can see that it's not my actual discord.

Oh well I have tried but you don't believe me I really didn't scam you I only helped a person post the ad and he promised me commission. But if this reason isn't enough to satisfy you then feel free to ban my acc. Marty scammed me once but then he was sorry about it and promised me he would pay me back once the acc have been sold. I was dumb to trust him. But yeah it was my bad that I posted and as for him. So yeah like I said If this reason isn't enough to satisfy you feel free to ban my acc. Yes he promised me he would I even checked and told him to promise me. He said of course. But straight-up blocked me once he got the money. I didn't get anything from him and im also pissed off as he scammed me and att911. If you check all my other positive feedback you can see the discord is linked to my acc which is R4ychu#5983 and not r4ychu#9999. He has discord nitro so therefore he changed it. He would give me a commission as assistance for helping him post the ad. And again I'm sorry but I didn't receive the money and it was him so i can't even provide a refund. I live in Australia as it says on my profile ask att911 and see if he bough US gift cards. Why would I request for Us gift cards if I cant use them in Australia?

Regardless of who is the real scammer,
I think you must take the responsibilty as YOU uploaded the post and hooked the victim with YOUR POST.
The scammer (who is you claim) could have not be able to scam people without your help.

You accepted his offer to take the benefit from the transaction, meaning you joined his party.
Furthermore, you knew your action may occur the problem, It is kinda gross negligence or dolus eventualis.
(In your screenshot, you said him 'Last time I did it it kinda ruined my feedback as they scammed them')

I am also sorry if you are really not a real scammer.
You shouldn't borrow your name or Epicnpc account to anyone.
Even if your claim is correct, I think it's already rule violation.

Like I said feel free to ban my acc idc anymore. I'm tired of scammers running around. I agree and will partially take responsibility for posting it. But even if i said that he/she wouldn't get the money back anyway. Also, He was a verified member wouldn't it make sense for you to hold some responsibility. Your a verified member so you should've gotten the acc first before you paid the money it was also probably a large sum why not go through a midman. well whatever the outcome is all i can say is yes i hold some responsibility but even if i agree att911 isn't getting any benefit.

Well said @Hayym I understand how you feel and based on the evidence we have, it was the same scammer that scammed you, scammed me through what the seller is claiming to be ‘manipulation’. However as of now, there are still no screen shots of the conversation between him and the scammer.


Giving the seller the benefit of the doubt:

My concern is that this is not the first time that Marty lied and used your assistance to scam people. The reason why I went through with the offer, as clearly stated was because YOU, as the seller stated to contact you through the discord that YOU provided. No where in the post did it say, this is not your own account.

When I make my purchases on Epicnpc, I put heavy emphasis on the review of the seller or buyer. This lets me know if they are legit. In your case, you have a meaningful 20 positive reviews. As clearly stated in the discord conversation, I trusted you based on your feedback. Since we have similar amounts of positive feedbacks, and I put very heavy emphasis on maintaining professionalism and moral ethics, I thought you as the seller would reflect the same quality as myself. This was the biggest reason I did not hesitate when you asked for the Google Play Cards.

Justice should be served. This is not the first time that the seller has helped “Marty” and resulted in a scam.

Continuing on my post, I have read the conversation between Marty and R4ychu.

There are several issues I am concerned about especially point #1.
1) The text at 3:26PM was EDITED by R4ychu.
So, that piece of information could have easily been fabricated and changed recently to cover up evidence that R4ychu was working with Marty on the scam scheme which was planned out by the duo.
2) From the beginning of the conversation, it already seems strange and suspicious that Marty is trying to sell 2 accounts and he is giving you 50% as commission.
3) Marty never provided a paypal e-mail for me to make the payment. The only option he insisted was via Google Play Cards.

He buyer (nolife) messaged me on discord shortly after I warned others that I was scammed from the original E7 post.

This conversation looks legit for me. However, we do not review the discord scam. That the same conversation happens on the website the seller would be required to issue a full refund. @R4ychu will get negative feedback. In case you want him removed you will have to compensate the victim.

I was approached this morning by a guy claiming to be @TangoDeals (TangoDeals#8085) selling me this same exact account. I googled it and sure enough it was a scam. I reported him a few minutes ago due to the new profile on epicnpc, but he blocked me on discord so I can't retrieve screenshots of the scam.

@Angel Please check the vote-trading circle that is going around @TangoDeals and the other feedback providers because they're trying to build feedback so they can look legitimate when scamming people.
