1-He found one seller from Turkey and asked me to be his middleman. His money arrived to my bank at 10.09.2018.

2-Account/Seller wasn't clean. I informed R3alAcc0unts about that and i refused to made payment.
*Because if he would get scammed, he wanted me to cover %50 of his lose which is 200 EUR.

3-I told him that i will make immediate refund tomorrow. But he reserved my 850 Euro account at 11.09.2018 - 12.09.2018.

4-In same day, he wants me to keep the money. Because he wanted to purchase one of my other account. Account's value was 850 Euro. so he had to pay me another 400 Euro.

5-I never received second payment in next two months. But i hold the account for him since he claimed that he has real life issues.

6-I caught him trying to buy two different accounts for 800 Euro/1200 Euro. He made 600 Euro payment for another account while i wait for my 400 Euro.

7-He void my terms & disclaimer so i hold the money as my right. Nobody in this business makes refund in that terms aswell.
*Negative feedback's description/title is also false.

Part of My Old Disclaimer:

''If you want to make monthly payments, i can offer you 2 month payment plan as first month %50, Second month %50. Customer only receives login informations after first payment. Any account information changes or any suspicious action will break the agreement and i will totally take account back from you and restore whatever you try to move from account immediately. Also i won't make any refund in those cases without any chance.
If you miss your second monthly payment because of real life money issues, i will give you time to handle your issues. But if i reserve any of my accounts for you, that means i am refusing customers for that account and that means i am losing money aswell. So if you make your first payment, i will keep that account for you. But if you can't make the second payment like you promised or if you decided not to buy while one of my account is reserved to you, simply i won't refund. Don't reserve or use monthly payments if you are not sure that you can make the second payment or not. ''

He paid more than half, but you never gave him the login info.

You owe him 450 euro refund. You both broken the terms.

If not, please show were you give him the login information and the recall ticket where you had to recover the account after he failed to make the 2nd payment.

Issue isn't about delivering account to him or not. Issue is, payment didn't made in two months and i refused to make a refund. So he gave me a negative revenge feedback.

On PVE accounts, you can just hold secret answer + ID for make customer powerless. But on PVP & Character Only sales, these informations are useless. He can steal the character without need any critical informations. All he needs to do is create one account with same surname and transfer the character away from account. So everything that makes account valuable, follows the character to new account.

**Example: Gladiator Title & Mount goes to new account and disappears from previous account. So new account becomes valuable and old account becomes to worthless.

1-He didn't trusted to his seller. So he sent money to me for finalize the payment.
2-Seller was scammer i refused to pay. I told him i will send your money back tomorrow.
3-He wrote at same day's evening to me with saying ''I should keep the money, he wants to buy something else from me.''
4-Agreement done for 850 Euro. No information is shared since character is the real value not the account and it is transferrable without need any secret answer or hidden informations.
5-He wasted me two months then asked for refund. I refused to make a refund.
6-He gave me a revenge negative.

Note: I had a disclaimer about that case and i could hold the money after first month's end. But i gave him one more ''month'' for finalize the payment but it never happened. So i hold the account but he wanted a refund. I didn't made and negative feedback came with a fake story.

**Issue is about refund, not account delivery. Here is some examples for refunds:

I didn't read anything.

You took 400 euros
You gave the buyer nothing.
You kept 400 euros

That's all I need to know.

This is not about feedback. Refund the 400 euros or you will be banned.
 
I don't want to waste time with this anymore. I understand it is pointless to try to defend myself.

Full refund will be issued to seller's paypal adress tomorrow.

@R3alAcc0unts has not replied. Bera will send payment once he comes back. Neg feedback will remain until that time.


Feedback updated to neutral as Bera posted evidence the issue was resolved.
