I didn't actually buy from his shop but looking at the feedback on sellix, he is scamming people. Just bringing it to the mod team's attention so they can take action. If I'm mistaken, I'm really sorry for accusing an innocent person.

That account was my friend advertising for me during me being falsely banned for a vpn violation
As for the feedback, accidentally pasted stock 3 to 4 times without realizing it and after the initial batched got used all buyers recieved dead tokens. I have worked on issuing replacements and refunds and can provide further proof from sellix queries
