I recently bought an account about a week ago, I haven't been banned or anything.. So far everything is good. All I have changed is the email (twice) so that the seller wont know the email associated with the account, address and password. Am I safe or am I still at risk?

you are never risk free! the original owner can still call into the blizzard hotline and recall it. no matter what you do, it possible to have the account recalled - just means how difficult it is.
