Quick question, paid gold for xfer

Hey Markee, I know this isn't probably the right place to ask, but I didn't know where else. Anyways, a few days ago I paid a company 5kg to do a paid character transfer, which they did. They said not to log onto the account for 35 mins after it went through, and I did wait. However, I played the character for one day and blizzard locks my character saying they think my account has been compromised? I paged a gm, but what do you recommend I say to them? Should I tell the truth in hopes that they leave my character? Any advice is appreciated, you can IM me or post, Fragility v6
