I recently lost my main account, mine was battle.net, so was the other guys. We traded sqa's, he quickly used mine to change my info etc, before I even had time to enter his. Go figure, his was a fake, and he then had all access to my account. I wasn't OO, so I wasn't able to retreive it.
I'm not looking for pity or a way to get revenge. It's my lesson for trading without knowledge of how to do it properly (trading a b.net account, that is).
So what I want to know, is how EXACTLY, do you trade a battle.net account? With just your secret answer and account name/psw, they can change all of the info on your account without even having to log on your email. Is there no proper safer way to do this? Or do you just have to find someone trustworthy?
If you don't feel like like posting your answer here, you can IM me on aim, but I'd rather you post here, so others can benefit from it as well.
Thank you.
