questions about verified status

how does it work exactly if anyone can tell me? i understand its submit id, pay, and wait. would i be notified if i was ineligible and would my recent account mishap render me ineligible at all? im pretty new and just trying to figure things out so sorry if these seems stupid, i literally could not find the answer myself other than just being patient.

If you were ineligible you would receive an email or pm why and how to resolve it.

Simple check list:
Verified paypal account
Government issued photo id - drivers license, passport, etc. that matches name on paypal.
Valid phone number that matches your region. IE country or part of country if you were say in the United States where its much larger then say Ireland.
No proxy use.

does anyone know the timeframe in which i find out if im fully eligible for this? i havent received anything as of yet.

Upgrades can take up to 24 hrs to process. If you pass the review, the upgrade is added and you'll see the new icon in your profile. If you're don't pass, you'll received a notification asking for more info.
