Okay, I have a question.

1. Guy buy Account for a game
2. Seller leaves his credit card details on account
3. Buyer "buys" account credit using sellers card details

Is this ban worthy?

Basically, a Guy sold an account to someone, the guy who bought it upgraded to premium and charged the sellers Credit Card, can this be bannable?
