If i was scammed and the guy who sold the account to me recovered it after a month, when the account expired, is there a way for me to call in to bliz and tell them the critcard's number and all the billing information from my new payment on the account?

And recover it back with all my information?

The Credit Card info alone will not be enough to recover an account. To recall an account you need the full name, account name, and secret question.

Yeah i have the email, the account name, 2 previous paswords, and all the Credit car information alone with the accounts owners name.
