Say I xfer a character from one account to another..how safe is that character from getting recalled and what can I do to prevent it..(ex: should I get the original account the character came from banned?) please let me know here...thanx

Once you Xfer it to a diff account. As long as it's a different Email phone it's fine. and a diff S/q a and Secret question. it won't be recalled. The Name of the OO Must remain the same.
