Yes, there is always a way to scam the money back through paypal. If they pay through a credit card they actually have 180 days to charge back the money they sent you. I would recommend asking for them to send through an e check. If someone truly wants your account they won't mind waiting a few days for the e check to process.
Another option is accept the money and tell the buyer that you will not be able to provide the last name on the account until the money sits in your paypal for 48 hours and then succesffuly transfers to your bank account.
It is important that you allow the money to sit in your paypal for at least 48 hours or else paypal may hold your funds and your account will be limited. This is a hassle to deal with.
After you've received the money in your bank account if the money wasn't sent over an e check and you received a large sum, I would recommend closing your paypal account. In which you are 90% safe from a charge back. If the buyer charge backs you have a 10% chance in which paypal may send a collection company after your money.
Point in Case: Don't use paypal.
