[Question] Who takes the hit on Paypal fees: Buyer or Seller?

Just curious before I start trading here. Use of Paypal involves fees and I'm curious who takes the hit on paying those... the buyer or the seller? What is the accepted norm (and expectation) here?

 

Ah, Thanks for the clarification. Is there any limit to how many "gifts" a person may send or receive?

 

well if the buy and seller are both pay pal members you can send it as a gift and no one takes the hit. but if not then the one receving the money takes the hit.
