Question about xfering on the same battle.net account.

I have account A and account B. I merged account A to a battle.net account, but it put a 30 day transfer restriction on all the characters. If I merge account B to the same battle.net account will this lift the 30 day restriction?

no. any new battle.net account is subjected to a 30 day restriction to prevent theft / unauthorized transfers.
