Question about US to EU account

Hello,

I've noticed a lot of really nice US accounts are being sold. I was looking for one of those accounts, but since I'm EU and there's not much crazy stuff going on in that forum, I have the following question.

So, I live in EU. Let's say that I buy a US account, could I possibly transfer that US character to a EU account, or perhaps download a EU client and log onto my US bnet. acc. Or are there any other ways to do this?
