I've read the page, and plan on signing up, but I was wondering if an insurance card would work as an acceptable form of ID for verifying you.

I mean, the site didn't say picture ID, and it's nigh impossible to get a trade offer on these forums without rep/TWV.

So, to reiterate the question, will an insurance card be an acceptable form of ID for the ID verification process required when purchasing TWV?

No, it has to be a government issued ID.
