Question about Trust Who

This is from a sellers perspective..

If someone is Trust Who verified, does that mean that it is safe to sell to them or can any scammer make one of those accounts to appear legit? I can normally tell who is trying to scam by talking on the phone, etc. However, this info would help me out with the pre-screening process. Thank you for your time.

Read the information provided on Trustwho.com

It will confirm ip address to address on paypal and that paypal is verified. You can still be scammed by someone with this but its less likly then a real scammer. Most scammers dont want to spend any money and will have very few posts on here saying they just registered. Just be careful and do an ip check. Ask them for ip then confirm it with ip-adress.com

This will then show there area that they access from, its not exact but it does its job to see if its somewhat same as shipping address on paypal.

Yes a scammer could. But they don't because the information is verified as true. Very few scammers are willing to give out their real information.
