Question about Trade Guardian

I need help to change the Transaction status to complete.

I have Trade with User Archilos using Free Trade Guardian for BDO account (Transaction #69508)
the trade is going smooth and because Archilos can't give the Main Email, i'm asking if it okay to confirm the transaction after 3 Days (in order to change the Main Email), and we agreed about it.

After 3 Days the account is secured and 100% safe, but while i want to confirm the Transaction its already canceled (i dont know if its automatic).

so i hope the Admin can help to change the Transaction status to become complete.

No sorry, once it's cancelled it can't be restored. It will auto-cancel if there's no status updates after 48 hrs unless it reaches a certain point.

Once the 'Buyer pays seller' or 'Buyer confirms they receive the item' it will no longer auto-cancel.

We changed the 2nd condition so it will no longer cancel if the 'seller sends the item' which is where you guys left it.
