Hey, I've just done my first trade guardian transaction, I delivered the item like 10 minutes ago and the buyer confirmed he received the item on skype, he also claims that he confirmed in trade guarding, however, in my trade guardian recent transactions I got the message :
"The item has been delivered.
The buyer must now confirm they have received the item or service. Once they confirm the delivery, the credits will be released to the seller."
Does it takes longer than 10 minutes for this to update ?
Later Edit : After one hour, I've decided to ask the buyer a 3rd time to make sure he confirmed and to offer picture in order to avoid dispute, now is all good. Can close topic.
