When selling accounts is it necessary to have a catalog with the accounts that you are selling and their exact details? or you can add a description like "I sell accounts that have X features" and be done with it?

It depends on the game. For some mobile games, sellers list starter accounts with different character combinations and they might have hundreds or thousands of accounts. Those sellers can give a general description of what all accounts include, then the buyer can contact the seller to find if they have a specific character combination.

If the game does not have character rerolls like this, then the seller should provide details information about what's included.
