Question about paypal

I bought an account with a seller. Well i am verified paypal user and when i sent the sller to sellers email it doesnt say he is verified or non verified. Is it risky?
If he recalls the account will i be able to get my money back? I used a credit card transaction by the way.

if he takes it back you can just call your bank and tell them you never got it and to do a chargeback. and unless he got some form of official written proof he sent an account to you im pretty sure they will side with you. Thats just my opinion from what ive read so im pretty sure its accurate but i dont actualy have experience with doing this btw lol

you will 99% be able to get your money back unless he has a tracking receipt and signed proof that u received your item..
