The buyer uses a credit card to deposite the payment. They do not need a Trustap account.
Once the transaction is completed, the payment is held for 3 days which allows the buyer to open a dispute if something happens. After that, the seller can withdraw the payment.
if the buyer disputes the order even though it was delivered, how is it resolved? what kind of proof is it required to resolve the dispute in favor of the seller? (for both boosting and currency selling)
I created an account with this app, however in the identity section it says not applicable and doesn't offer option to upload the documents and identify myself and it seems that verifying youself is necessary to proceed with payouts to your bank account, maybe is it not available for my country?
Overall, I really like that I can get paid with credit cards here for almost free, credit cards are the best subtitute for paypal although the delayed payment is not very cool, nevertheless, this app has only 1k downloads on google store, they seem fairly new, are they trustworthy? hopefully they don't cause any issues.
Edit: I'm confused with this escrow system, can the buyer cancel the payment anytime even after I deliver him the order and get his money back or is the payment hold by epicnpc which acts as a middleman? If it's the first, then it doesn't really offer any security to the seller and it's very dangerous, this is like asking a seller to go first. It would still be very useful due to the cc payment method but then you would have to wait 3 days and force the buyer to confirm delivery before you give him the goods. It would be nice if that system was faster.
