I imagine that when they say that the name should be the same, I imagine they refer to email, right? If I change the email of my EPICNPC account by the same one of the PayPal account that could work? I just want to update my account

but what about EPICMEMBER are 3 $ I could make the payment with Paypal?

The Verified upgrade is required for any service where the customer gives you their game login info. This is mainly for boosting/leveling services.
