Question about my Additional Thread purchase.

Good day. I purchased Additional thread in order to add another thread on the Dota 2 Accounts forum.
but when I clicked "Post new thread" It says I need to purchase additional thread"
which I already did in the first place, now I was forced to purchase again and it worked.
I don't understand why that happened. I had to pay twice just to post additional thread
you can see on my credit purchase history.
now I have extra additional thread i dont have use anymore.
Is it possible to refund my 100 credit?

This is the page where I bought the first additional thread. i bought it on this page right after adding credits on my account.

Dota2 accounts allows up to 4 threads on the first page. Purchasing the extra thread would allow 5 temporarily. It does not permanently increase your limit.

I see you currently already have 5 on the first page, so it appears you have already added the extra thread.

well my concern is, I had to pay twice in order to Post the 5th thread.
the first "additional thread" purchase I made didnt take in full effect when I tried posting the 5th thread
It only made me post when I actually bought the "additional thread" in the "post new thread" page.

afterI purchase credit, I went directly to the Shop page and bought the feature from there.
then thinking I already bought it I went ahead to the Dota 2 account forum to create new thread, but it said I need to buy with 100 credit again.
