Question about Initial Account Registration for an account I plan to sell

What method of payment is best to use when initially creating a WoW account that I plan on selling? I looked over the forums a bit but saw nothing about this. I will be selling the account within the 30 day free game time so is it standard to use the credit card with my real name on it and then "cancel" the account?

Also, should I use fake information to create the account? Or should I use all of my real information so that when I sell the account I can also provide a scan of my ID (Drivers License) to the buyer (help them feel much more secure). The help of a guru here would be very appreciated.
