Question about char transfer between accounts!

Hello everyone, I have a question about character transfers.

So lets say there is a battle.net account named XXX the name and the name of the owner is Jack Gang

The second battle.net account is named YYY an the name of the owner is James Cler

Is there any way I can transfer a char in the XXX account to the one in the YYY?



Explanation: I am buying an character I already have a battle.net account and a wow account attached to it, can I transfer the newly buyed char to the account I am using right now?

nope it can only be transfered to accounts with the same last name
