Question about banned accounts please help

So i traded this guy a rogue i got for a toon which was whored around i guess. Somehow the ip tracker picked up his this morning or last night and got the rogue banned so i gave back the mage. How is that fair that this kid cant wait to log on a toon after hes given info right away. At least i had the decency to give him his toon back lol. Was the problem of the toon being banned on me or how does that work?

Banned - scammer - multiple accounts

The "ip tracker" doesn't really exist...to the level you are saying it does.

Check to see if the account you gave him really is banned. He could have just said it was banned and taken back the account he gave you, and the account you gave him.

It was banned ive confirmed it.
