question about a game changing tos

basically title,

bungie has recently started banning recovs / boosting for destiny 2 but i do THINK pve is safe still to do boosting / recovs but not pvp, MY question is what happens if the client gets banned from getting boosted by a recov and they make a dispute about ?

Things like this go back and forth. It might not be safe now, but boosters will figure out new methods and then it'll be safe again. If not, then this type of service will die out over time.

All boosters are required to include "Boosting Terms" in their threads that state what they will do if someone is banned. If a dispute is opened, we will try to stick to those terms. If the terms are missing, we do not investigate the claim and the booster has to issue a full refund.

However the tos (of almost all games not only destiny 2) has always banned the use of tradewin, recovery and account sales, only they are tolerated by most of the production house, until the sellers became too open.
I mean like on destiny you could find lots of streamers with the title! Recovery, even on the site bungie.net in the section looking for a fireteam there was peoples who sell services, and let's leave it on ebay where recovery for destiny 2 have morepost then WoW+ all other games , and how many streamers then have be banned for cheats. I know in all games aswell are companies and people who advertised their service like in global chat , but all with smurf accounts.
Bungie has only reiterated above all to streamers and sites that recoveries are managed on a par with account sales and trade wins , but, account selling is not mentionet because isnt too advertised like recoverys before and carrys now.

Having said that as long as you are not a streamer or one of the people/companis that advertises itself on google ebay instagram and on the bungie fireteam I think the situation is the same.
