Got a question about Verification payment Method,
currently i do not own a Paypal Account, Though i own Moneybookers Account
Is there anyway i could pay the 10$ fees through Moneybookers?
And can i let my friend Pay the 10$ fees through her Paypal as well?

Currently the system only supports Paypal. No you can't use your friends Paypal because the Paypal name and ID name must match.
