Minimum 3 runepages (I'll pay extra for +5 runepages)
around 30~50 champions
I DO NOT care about skins, and they will not be counted as extras
No previous bans
Accounts should not be scripted/botted, I will not accept insanely high winrate/mmr accounts for this reason
around 15k~20k IP


Plus factors:
I main bruiser/tank top and jungle, and would prefer champs like naut/shen/mao etc
