Purchased WoW account recalled after 45 days, how do I proceed?

I cannot file a paypal dispute bc it is after 45 days. I could attempt to dispute with my credit card but it is after 60 days also so I don't think that is an option.

I have the sellers full name, address, IP, and cell phone number. How should I proceed?

Am i just SOL?

Contact the seller, try to solve thing from there. Ask for a refund. If he refuse to comply, call your credit card company about this transaction, you have up to 3 months whit your CC company to file a dispute.
