Purchased Green Title, but this item is not activated.

Hi! I bought Green Title + Glow, but when I bought, I accidentally clicked 2 times and 2 items fit in the basket. However, 350 credits were written off and 1 Green Title + Glow appeared in the inventory. Balance of credits - 25. After i created the thread i marked the "Green title" to improve the title. But the system refused to post the thread and wrote "not enough funds." After that I went into the basket of goods, and deleted the unpaid Green Title.
In the inventory appeared Green title, but when i click on it, the system writes "invalid item".
What do I need to do so that 1 paid item becomes active and I can improve the title of my thread?

Only 1 Green Title + Glow was purchased, so I'm not sure how you saw two.

In the image you posted, click "Configure" and enter the thread URL to enable the item for one of your threads.

In the future, it easier to purchase the item directly from the thread page. Once purchased, the item will automatically be applied to that thread. When you purchase from the shop, you have to manually enter the URL.

I meant that in the shopping cart there were 2 Green titles for 700 credits.
I understood where to enter the url address, thanks a lot!
