If you bought PTC you'll control Gmail and everything.
If you bought Gmail but seller secretly have PTC (They told you there is no PTC, but in fact they have it), the seller could recall your accunt anytime in the future.
I suggest you buy a PTC account to avoid risk of losing access your account in the future because your Gmail unlinked (secretly) through PTC (Check last attachment picture).
They might login to PTC unlik your gmail and recall your account then Sell it again after few weeks-months after you play. What you can do after few months?
