The most notable items are the Ice Breaker, Achlyophage Symbiote, and Helm of Saint-12. The Helm of Saint-12 in particular. This helmet causes blindness to all enemies that enter a Defender's Ward of Dawn. This blindness extends for 5 seconds after exiting WoD. This incapacitates any non boss enemy. Praetorians won't attack you, Supplicants won't explode, even Hydras will simply idle. Any Defender with this helm immediately becomes the most impactful player in a group.
