Greetings fellow gamers,
Today, we are going to talk about something everyone deals with on a daily basis. The notorious, "Who goes first?" question that sets the air in a trade process to make each party think the other is a scammer.
Well kids I am going to tell you what proper trade/sells etiquette is and how it works. You are welcome to refer all trade/sells prospects to this thread as soon as you begin your conversation to alleviate this awkward situation. My thinking is valid, and any serious non-scammer would agree.
Before we begin though, I want to clarify something. YOU should always consider a middleman/woman if you are not well versed with virtual sales/trades. They are honest and efficient, and located here ---------
Middleman Services
There are other people here who are quite versed in the entire process for any game you may be swapping or selling. Secondly, I prefer to deal with members who are verified and have reputation established. This does not guarantee you will not be scammed, but it does reduce your risks significantly. The process to become verified is located here -------------- (process is only 10.00, and I assure you that you will receive better offers with this one simple step.)

You are welcome to read my other posts listed in the help section for how not to get scammed, or leaving feedback as well.
With these tools in your belt you are now ready to trade smartly.
TRADING ETIQUETTE
1. When you contact someone tell them in your first message who you are at epicnpc, what you are inquiring about along with your offer. This lets people know right off the bat if they are uninterested. This will not waste peoples time which we all value.
2. Link this thread to see if they agree with the format on who goes first.
3. The person who goes first whether a trade or sell, is the individual with the least reputation.
EX. Person who has zero feedback contacts me (I have 25 100% feedback and I am verified). If you have less feedback then me then I expect you to go first.
IF for instance both parties have zero feedback, then I strongly suggest you use a middleman/woman. I can not express this enough.
The person with the least amount of feedback ALWAYS has to go first. Anyone with less then 10 feedback is a high risk, and you should consider MM services.
4. Let them know throughout the entire process what steps you are currently completing. Do not leave them hanging as almost anyone starts to panic when there is long periods of silence right after they gave you all the info. Hold their hand the entire time.
5. Once you have verified the account, let them know you will verify the info on your account (or funds) and make a temporary password you never use.
6. Give them the information on your account.
7. Wait for them to verify everything to their satisfaction, and ask, "Is everything in order, and are you happy sir/maim?"
8. Once the response is positive, then proceed to tell them how much you value your feedback at EpicNpc and offer the thread to be used for feedback. If they are new, explain the process. NEVER give feedback until they have completed it for you. Why give someone feedback if they are not willing to do so for you?
9. When feedback is done, thank them for their honesty and offer any info they may need to keep in touch if they have questions. Just because you traded or sold the account does not mean the sale is done. You have a responsibility to the customer to be forthcoming with all information and any account questions they may have.
This concludes my trading etiquette. I hope this helps you all. Feel free to "like" if this makes your experiences here at Epicnpc better.
Thank you,
