Describe how you were scammed: He had a lot of rep. He said it was recall guarenteed. It got recalled by this other guy claiming he's the OO. and He definitely had it long before Necros112. Necros112 also said the owner is VERIFIED and this guy def is NOT. Necros112 will not refund the 200.00$ .
