Proof of delivering account?

I got scammed a month ago by someone. I did get my account back but right now I have a couple of claims up on paypal who are investigating the charges. I lost the last dispute because they basically said I didn't provide proof of shipping even though I explained what the item was.

But these 2 claims up now are this guys credit card company investigating through paypal if his card was an authorized or unauthorized transaction. If it was authorized I could win because he paypal permission to charge his card and it does not matter what it was for. I am right now trying my best to provide the claim with all the information I can about this person but was wondering if there was another way I could provide proof of me handing over my account.

Just something that I have not thought of. It would be a great help.

ya basically, just something I could show that I handed off my account to someone. I know its probably impossible to prove but many has been in my situation before and I am wondering they did.

What I have done so far is taken digital pictures of the conversation I had with this person when he told me who he was and confirmed he gave me the money. Verbal contract is what I call it. Also pictures of my email when the money enter my account and was authorized by him.

But that is really all I can think of. I know I probably won't win the case but I am trying to have one.
