hello cant get payment for 20+ orders more than 1 week.
anyone else have same problem?

Yes, I had that exact same thing happen, I had to contact their customer support and they said that the person in charge of payments was in vacation or something, it was long time ago though, believe I had to wait for about 8-9 days.

Sorry to hear that, is the reason I don't use their site anymore. Trade Guardian here works hundred times better. I've also heard lots of bad things about their protection system.

We have complaints here all the time about payments from them. They've always corrected it in the end but personally I'd never use them.
