Problems with chat

Hello folks,

I'm having problems with chat for quite some time now! Someone sends me a msg which i can see as notification that he is indeed contacting me, but when I try to open the window in chat it just freezes and stays closed?

Are you talking about the Inbox e-mail or the actual "Chat Now"?

This could be a browser issue. Have you exited EpicNPC and then come back to see if Chat Now works?

What browser are you using?

Google chrome Version 41.0.2272.118 m

This is going on for more then a month now... (same thing on my laptop and pc)

Most of the time it's a browser plugin that's the problem. Anti-virus, pop-up blockers, things like that can cause problems because they think it's a popup ad. Try to disable all your browsers plugins and try again or try disabling your anti-virus temporarily.

Whats the url of the chat? Allowing epicnpc.com didn't solve it

There is no URL specific to chat, it's a process that runs on page.
