Problems wirg upgrade payment.

Hello ppl,

iam trying to upgrade my account but when i select the payment method i got this msg;
"VPN/Proxy has been detected. To make a payment, please disable your VPN/proxy and try again."

I googled for help and got some stuff about turning off the windows VPN/Proxy config, but didn't work...

I never used VPN in my life so prob is some kind of config in browser i guess...

Using Google Chrome
Ver 105.0.5195.127 64 bits

If you're not using any privacy software or a proxy/VPN, then you'll have to use a different internet connection. Sorry.

Ok... ill have to find other connection to do the upgrade then?? cuz im using my residential connection :S

Ok... if i do it by another connection, and log in the site(same connection using rightnow) i can be banned?

Ok, i allrdy paid the upgrade using my smartphone connection, just waiting for the upgrade...
So when it's done i can post my account to sell in my pc connection... same as https://www.neorede.com.br/

Upgrades have nothing to do with the VPN detection. If the system is blocking you during payment and is detecting a proxy or VPN, upgrade will not stop that.

It has to be either disabled or a different network must be used. Sorry.
