Problem Regarding the Rejection of Verification ID & Change Username

Hello admin,
I attempted to verify my account with my ID yesterday however it says that it has been rejected because of suspicious activity despite of my usual usage of website. I would like to inform and sincere that I'm using this account for good and fair marketing. I hope the team can help me through this, also is there any chance that I can change my username because i typo'd it.
