problem in upgrade

I want to upgrade my username and can't pay with PayPal and for Bitpay i need to use VPN but because i use Ledger Nano S can't pay (don't show address for me) and how to do this action with Bitcoin?

You can purchase the upgrade with Bitcoin as normal, but if your account gets a warning or is banned due to the VPN, you'll have to contact support to have it reopened.
